Great podcast. Mellow and smooth just the way I like it. Great work Chef. 15 year veteran here and your conversations so far remind me of the wonderful things about the industry that drove me. Keep it up. Also- listening to Jon Glaser episode now and the fact you aren't clued into ASMR lends authenticity to your conversations. Chef Tom's episode (he's a boss by any definition) has good ASMR while y'all are digging in the fridge. Good on you to describe it well, felt like I was there.Read full review »

This is a good thing. On tv, Chef Acheson comes across as a quirky, wry, laconic character and creative chef with southern flavors.
