My Fairy Godmother(s), is that really you?
I have not heard such poignant examples, as the ones used in these podcasts, to clarify and simplify concepts that would usually drive me crazy from analysis-paralysis. For many of us, survivors, it is very difficult to determine where the boundary of appropriate behaviour lies. We, more often than not, assume the blame in many situations. This podcast illuminates them and helps let of the chronic guilt. This podcast feels almost too good! I love the fire, I love the emotion, I love the validation and genuine care I hear in it. What a miraculous find. What a validating experience. Thank you!
