“Eric and Omar put out absolutely world-class content for a very niche community. I am consistently in awe of the energy that they bring to this project despite the pretty low viewing figures I see on YouTube for the episodes. I bought the muscle and strength pyramid, largely because I have appreciated so much of Eric's content for free that it seemed weird not to materially support his work. This is the fitness podcast for people who have a philosophical relationshionship to lifting in the sense that Wilfred Sellars uses philosophical in "Philosophy and the Scientific Image of Man." By engaging with the material presented in this very fun and entertaining podcast you can gain a sense of how "physical culture things" in the broadest possible sense "hang together" in the broadest possible sense. As Iron Cultists, we explore the art and science of physical culture (training and nutrition), the psychology of physical culture and the history of physical culture. I love this podcast. Eric and Omar are so positive, wholesome, and down-to-earth while putting out a highly stimulating show that I hope reaches many more people than it does now. If Iron Culture achieved hegemonic power over the fitness world, everyone would be happier and healthier. Praise be to Iron.
