6 ways to earn deeds after death: 1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain. 2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain. 3) Participate in building a masjid. 4) Place a water cooler in a public space. 5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eat from it. 6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

According to Imam Al-Ghazali, who wrote in his Mukhashfa al-Qulub, Umar ibn Al-Khattab (RA) was asked why the day of ’Ashura was considered so noble. Umar (RA) listed a few events which had taken place on ’Ashura, including Allah, who created the skies and earth on this day, along with the Preserved Tablet. Allah created Angel Jibril (as). And this is a hadith of three individuals from Bani Isra’il, these three individuals, they went out for the purpose of maintaining their family, and while they were walking, it started raining heavily, and then they said to themselves: it’s raining so hard, we can no longer continue with our journey, let us find a shelter for ourselves, so they went to this cave, see what happened next.

We relate a story of a pious man who was tricked by Satan and made him commit few major sins. The Shaitan later deceived this monk into committing Kufr, He was, what you call, a monk but he was a true Christian, who believed in the oneness of god.
