“Amazing podcast! Listening to this podcast is like visiting a good friend and having a good deep conversation about all things yoga-related. J's guests are interesting, the topics are stimulating, and he is able to develop the conversations into a meaningful and insightful talk. J. also shares stories about his personal life and this is why it feels like you're visiting a friend and not just listening to an interview. You might guess J's views and what he might be thinking during these talks so it's like listening to someone you know talk to someone else. Also, since my yoga practice is inseparable from any other aspect of my life, it is REALLY GOOD to listen for a bit about somebody else's experiences and how they face them as a yoga inspired person. He's comforting and helpful... I'd love to hear more J! Lastly, I find the openness of J as beautiful and, again, inspiring! I'm grateful for this podcast :)”Read full review »

There is a presumption of trust, non judgement and honesty which brings deep insight and challenges to my assumptions around yoga, teaching and being human!...”Read full review »
