Very interesting
I started in the middle and I am glad I did. It was a yoga teachers paradise of engaging conversation. My only concern is sometimes Mr. Brown isn't fully listening and talks over guests to get his ppint across and I feel that in at least two of the three shows I've listened tothe guest never finish sharing what they were going to say which felt relevant. Alas, it is HIS show and not the guests show, so he can interject whenever he likes. The content is great, though, and I look forward to listening to more.Read full review »

Thank you for your candid, sometimes raw, always beautiful podcasts. I love your guests (Erich Schiffman - ❤️❤️), but I truly love your voice and your persona as it comes through the conversations. Thank you.

I love this pocast. Just finished listening to 1/11/16 and loved the conversation with Ray Greenburg. I visited the website and already saw a few items I will like to purchase. I love that Jay supports the yoga community and love hearing all his insights. Keep up the great work Jay. 👍🏼🙂🙏🏼
