Interesting & Authenitc
I've tried a number of yoga podcasts, and this is the only one that I've continued to listen to regularly. (Full disclosure: J. interviewed me for the show, so I'm not unbiased - but, nonetheless, this is my honest opinion.) I love the fact that J. insists on keeping it real and being so authentically himself, even when that sometimes ruffles feathers or even trips him up a bit. Because J. is such a genuinely good-hearted person, such bumps in the road only add to this podcast's charm. It's incredibly refreshing to listen to something that's smart, professional, and well done, but not commercial, slick and shallow. Hate to say it, but all too often in the yoga world, that's rare! I've learned a lot from listening to the podcast, even when J. interviews people that I know quite a bit about. If you care about yoga or are simply curious to learn something about it from a non-commercial perspective, you should definintely give this podcast a try.Read full review »

Each interview has kept my attention to the end. Thank you J. for your gift of...Read full review »

My mentor suggested this podcast to me, specifically the interview with Jason Crandell. Loved it - even my non-Yogi husband enjoyed! Tonight I listened to Erich Schiffman - another good one. Looking forward to listening regularly. Keep up the good work J Brown.

I have been listening to these talks for a while and I have gradually become more and more compelled by them. J is so real and open about his life and realities as a yoga teacher, and it has drawn me in. His guests are also increasingly fascinating, I'm finding. And the relaxed and open...Read full review »
