Honest and Vulnerable
Thank you, J. for always sharing your humility with grace. You help us feel like we’re really all on this journey together, even though we have our own paths to walk–and sometimes that path is muddy, or rocky. You listen to others perspectives with sincere openness; sometimes pushing back, sometimes holding back, and always with curiosity. Being honest about how you might have done differently next time, or in recognizing your personal flaws when it’s necessary to acknowledge. My heart goes out to your family during this time (just catching up on an episode from a few weeks back). Much love.
