In one of your episodes, you mentioned to let you know if we wanted to know about your workout routine- so here it is: What is your workout routine? More specifically, I have heard that lifting heavy is good… but do you recommend lifting heavy every time I go to the gym? (Currently 3 times / week) or should one day be heavy and the others be exhausting after the 3rd rep?
