“What’s up fellow Industrial Strength Show listeners, I hope you’s guys are having a great day. I have been listening to Joe religiously for the last three years and even if I wasn’t biased since were both from New Jersey, I’d still say it’s the best podcast out there. Listening to Joe speak is way more informative and comprehensible than any higher education exercise science course you will sit through. In my mid 30’s now, I've come to the realization that my days as an athlete are way behind me and that training for longevity is the main focus. Joe has completely changed the way I have focused on not only training myself, but fellow clients along the way. With two young sons, it is my goal to one day to be able to train with them and pass along the wealth of knowledge I have learned from listening to this show. Joe, as a father, fitness enthusiast and washed up athlete I want to thank you for everything you do for the many listeners of this show. I highly recommend this show for everyone looking to live a life that’s strong and long! #jerseymeathead
