In this episode I discuss how I lost 50 pounds mixing Keto, Intermittent Fasting and Fasting (extended fasting).  I tell you step-by-step exactly what I did to lose the weight and how I kept it off.  I feel so much better now after shedding 50 pounds.  I no longer suffer from high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, stomach issues or lack of energy.  Best of all, I took the steps that will allow me to be a more active father.  My wife and son rely on me. I need to be healthy for them....
