I purchased Hormone Repair manual and it is so informative and helpful for a woman at 55 still getting a monthly cycle. It’s reassuring to read that my change of life is natural and understandable. That there is a process and ways to mitigate the journey that makes things flow easier. Thanks so much

I have been following Lara Briden’s work for years and love her books and blog. She provides accurate and empowering information about the menstrual cycle and women’s health that conventional medicine overlooks or shrouds in dishonest language. So grateful for this podcast!
