This is really helping my anxiety
I've tried meditating and podcasts with varying degrees of success, but this really works for me because it's a walking program that incorporates movement, mindfulness and mental training techniques. JP has a great way of being very conversational, yet maintaining a scientific basis to what he's sharing. I am finding that "going for a walk with JP" helps me when I am feeling anxious. This has helped me at work and at home. I listen to some of them twice just to gel the ideas. They are brief podcasts and yet powerful. I listen to them while walking. Start at the beginning.
