Old vegan Breakthrough !!!
Vegan for 12 years, I was even raw for 3! And yet... I consider myself so well read on vegan nutritional science and yet- I never realized the reason those diets work, vegan keto, hclf, raw til whenever- is calories. Right? How could I miss that?? And what do you mean metabolic damage is a myth?! I totally bought that. It took Lean With Plants to help me fully connect the research. Thanks Chelsea!

Chelsea really understands weight loss from a scientific and practical view.
