Giving moms power over their bodies
I am a mother who is ten years post my first pregnancy. For years, I have carried what I believed to be metabolic damage from childbirths that caused me to be overweight and unable to do anything about it. Chelsea Mae is explaining in plain words how to lose body fat without losing your mind. It’s working. She’s not some skinny minnie who hasn’t been in my shoes. She’s right, and she’s the bomb and I feel empowered for the first time in years.
