I know that Chelsea advertises towards vegan mums, but this is seriously for ANYONE who is trying to be healthier. She explains calorie density, and how easy it is to lose weight with a full stomach. I’ve done what feels like every diet known to man, but for the first time in my life, I feel like I have found what works. Her Lean with Plants membership takes it even further with personalized videos and coaching. Could not recommend her more!

I am so glad I found Chelsea. I am the stereotypical plant based mama who’s weight goes up and down. I’m looking forward to really concentrating on calorie dense foods to get into a deficit. I adore her personality and real ness! I look forward to her podcasts and IG posts!
