“I LOVE listening to Chelsea talk. She’s funny and REAL (allows herself to be herself) and she’s honest about her struggles both past and present.
She explains things really simply and clearly and for someone like me who has read a lot of the plant based books (how not to diet, starch solution, pleasure trap etc) it’s really helpful to listen to Chelsea because it reminds me of what I’ve learned and forgotten, and also brings new understanding to what I had only really begun to understand from the initial information exposure.
I highly recommend her podcast for anyone who is either new to plant based eating or has been on that path for a while but still trying to get rid of any excess weight.
Listening to Chelsea makes me feel more motivated to be consistent and keep on tweaking my daily habits so I can make this lifestyle truly last for life. 😊”
