Awesome fun podcast!
Very easy and fun to listen podcast about vegan weightloss in a sustainable and healthy way. I’ve been vegan for 4,5 years and finally want to shed few extra kilograms that I’ve accumulated allowing myself to eat tons of whole (and sometimes not so whole lol) foods telling myself that I gotta eat to get my calories and avoid defficiencies. I’ve ditched oil and started eating way more veggies. Excited for the change! Thank you, Chelsea.

I love this podcast, I’m so happy that I found it! All of the information is so solid and based in science, backed up by experience, an all delivered like a friend is talking to you. Just great if you’re trying to lose weight on a vegan diet!
