Very Useful
I have listend to the podcast for a few months, starting with the first episode. It is a great basic introduction. I have really enjoyed the deep learning episodes, and my favorite episode was the most recent episode on the Kernel Trick. This was always hard for me to grasp in my classes, but that episode helped me think about it simply. The only issues I have is the lengthy intro and that I wish the tone would be a little more extemporaneous, as oppsed to sounding like it is read from a script (but I do understand using a script so nothing important is left out). But I suppose I would rather have it sound like it was read from a script than have important information missing, since I don't want to miss out on anything that will help me understand the concepts. I will keep listenin to each episode as they are released!Read full review »
