You might have good intentions, but it’s hard to listen when you talk too fast. It might be helpful to stop repeating “Get your goal 5-0 weight loss method for women over 50. You say this often and it detracts from your topic. Just my thoughts…

Beware of diet advice that centers mindset. It is a way of making you feel guilty because you are not “positive enough” or have the wrong set of “beliefs” about yourself. She might have great information, the titles sound interesting. But there is too much rambling for me. Wrap it up, get to the point, stay on topic, too much drama and urgency feeling for me. I tried listening to a few episodes and just feel stressed and worn out trying to follow the ramblings.

I’m so glad I’ve found Pahla. I first found her on YouTube and now I enjoy both of her podcasts. I’ve learned so much and am seeing the scale finally move.
