In this week's episode, I want to talk about how our attachment to thoughts work, why our resistance to thoughts creates the struggle and judgment we're trying to avoid, and how to be aware of good and bad thoughts so we can move on from them and forward into the light.   Connect with Lisa: Visit the Website  Schedule a Connection Call with Lisa Join the Anxiety Support Facebook Group Follow Lisa on Instagram Join Lisa for this episode as she explores the different ways you can be patient with yourself, others, and situations that are out of your control.
