“My ONLY criticism is that the show notes don't appear on my apple podcast screen. If I want to see a guest's website, etc I have to remember to look for it via Jimmy's website. I also listen to Jimmy's other EXCELLENT podcast Livinlavidalowcarb and I'm so addicted to both. I've been low carb/paleo for almost a year (after having initially stumbled upon audio version of the book, The Big Fat Surprise) and these podcasts and Jimmy's books have given me the knowledge I've needed to change out family of 7's diet and lifestyle. My kids ages 2-10 have listened to countless of these podcasts in the car as we drive to our after school commitments. My kids love this format the best because it's more conversational and fun whereas Jimmy's livinlavidalowcarb is fun, but a bit more in depth and technical (although I searched "cavities" and made them all listen to every single one of Jimmy's podcasts related to teeth health after we had some kids turn up with them. Knowledge is power, right!? It's helped them make better choices not just about sugar, but also starches and grains.) I just wish that I could quickly access the mentioned recipes via the apple podcast app show notes (you tap on pic and it reverses just like on Livinlavidalowcarb's) and you can see all the links.
