Great discussion on nutrition issues
This is generally an hour-long conversation with Jimmy Moore, his co-host Cassie, a registered dietitian and guest hosts. They essentially discuss and give their views on a handful of nutrition articles that have appeared in the news or journals recently. They might debunk myths in the article, call the author on making unsubstantiated statements and generally just provide their personal opinion. You're sure to learn something new each time. And the show always ends with the hosts discussing a low carb recipe - always inspiring! I like to download these and just listen to them at work. The best part is that if one of the articles/recipes they discuss spikes your interest, or you just need to see it for yourself, they provide a link on their website.Read full review »

Episode 178 is the first podcast I listened to and it was a great boost and reminder why I'm on this journey. Thank...Read full review »
