I listen while I workout
I love listening to Liz’s podcast while I’m at the gym because it gives me extra motivation to remind me why I’m doing it all. She breaks down concepts really simply, which as a beginner gym go-er, is super helpful. My new favorite podcast!

My favorite thing about this podcast is she gets straight to the point. There’s no dragging on for 20 minutes about stuff that has nothing to do with the episode but Liz does a great job by sticking to the episode and not getting off track.
