For anyone whose reading this. This podcast is truly educational. Ken talks about topics that a lot of us think about, but don’t express. I instantly got hooked, because I can relate on some many things that he talks about as black man. Keep up the good work Ken. We support you!!!

For the past 70 days now I have been bothered by the same thing. And I’ve only told one person and they didn’t know what to do. But to actually hear something about how Important it is makes me take it serious!

It’s so refreshing listening to a man’s perspective and point of view on mental health. Also thank you for sharing your experiences. It’s true men are told not to cry because crying is for girls, and man up etc. So great job !

This podcast was amazing! It helps us to realize that our men are masking their emotions because of how they were brought up or something that may have affected them. This was a much needed conversation and I can’t wait for the next podcast. Great Job, Ken!
