Burnout which is Mental, physical and emotional exhaustion due to prolonged stress, a condition that most of us experience in our different careers i.e human service workers like health professionals, therapists and other jobs where the demands are seen as excessive. I have shared some if the symptoms which include loss of motivation, strong negative feelings on self and others, alcohol/substance use, frequent headaches and muscle pains, fatigue, sense of failure and self doubt, skipping work/coming in late mad leaving early which were specified into physical, emotional and behavioral. What better way to learn how to deal with burnout know by knowing what it is you're experiencing. I've also shared a few ways on how to manage burnout like recognizing the symptoms, taking care of your body and being compassionate to yourself. I always say whatever mention may not work for you but do you, because remember we are different, and you should share with me on the different ways you use or have used to manage or deal with burnout.
