mental illness happy hour
Great podcast! It's great to know that I'm not the only screwed up person out there! ha! Seriously though, this is a very relatable podcast, and it helps to hear how other people handle their issues, very helpfulRead full review »

What is great about this pod cast is that all the problems they talk about can relate to all of us. Sometimes it is so hard to open up and face your reality but Paul makes us feel okay to be not perfect, weak and incomplete. Thank you and I will await next episode patiently!

Paul is a funny and likeable host. He has guests that are mostly entertainers and they talk about the impact mental illness has had on their lives. It feels very honest. It is serious a lot of the time but there are plenty of laughs.

All I can say right now in the midst of a very bad situation in my life is thank you Paul. Hearing these stories give me hope and a healthy perspective on the fact that everything is transitional like sunny days and rain. The clouds on top do not seem as dense as they were a few weeks back.
