Rachel and her Metflix and Chill podcast are awesome!!
Rachel’s podcast is amazing, so educational! Both her solo Q&A episodes and her episodes with great guests provide such a useful wealth of knowledge for fitness and nutrition, focusing on metabolic flexibility. I also really appreciate how Rachel translates scientific/technical topics into layman’s terms for practical use for all listeners to clearly understand so they can apply these concepts into their routines!
