Hey friends! I hope you love today's meditation. This is technically a yoga nidra meditation. If you are new to yoga nidra don't be scared. It's amazing, and no, there is no movement involved. You get to lie down, find the most comfortable position, and sink into a state that truly transforms your life. If that feels like a no-go to you, just find your most comfortable meditation position and press play. In this 24-minute guided meditation, you will melt into relaxation while simultaneously working to make shifts in the subtle bodies and subconscious mind. This yoga nidra for self-love is a heart-centered meditation that helps you focus on your heart chakra as well as use a powerful Sankalpa (positive intention) to help you start to rewire the brain for self-love and self-acceptance. Doing this practice with a focus on self-love as your intention repeatedly will not only help you de-stress, feel calmer and more joyful but also begin to increase your self-love and acceptance over time.
