Hey friends! I hope you love today's meditation. This is technically a yoga nidra meditation. If you are new to yoga nidra don't be scared. It's amazing, and no, there is no movement involved. You get to lie down, find the most comfortable position, and sink into a state that truly transforms your life. If that feels like a no-go to you, just find your most comfortable meditation position and press play. This yoga nidra will allow you to connect with your intention of what you're trying to create in this world. As well as helping you let go of any karmic patterns, such as unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and unconscious reactions that keep you from aligning with what you're trying to manifest in your life. This practice explores the opposite emotions/feelings of worry and knowing, two common emotions that tend to creep up as we wait for our manifestations to happen. Allowing you to learn how to feel more neutral towards your exact moment and un-swayed by your emotions.
