Declining content, too many ads and increasing egos
I have been listening to this podcast for years and have usually been able to take something away from each episode. I have found that in the last few months, the episodes are increasing conspiratorial, tense, contain a great deal of “bragging”, and lean heavily on ads. The hosts do their best to weave the ads into general conversation; however, it is simply not authentic and illustrates that these discussions and segues are scripted. The most concerning content I am hearing from these men is their push for people to use Ozempic. In fact, they too are using it, without evidence of the long term effects when used for weight loss. It is a behaviour so in conflict with the message they have been telling listeners for years, that it only makes sense that they are being paid for it and that it is an ad. I find this highly concerning for a few reasons but mainly because they have exchanged their position on the importance of true long-term behaviour change for health for money. It’s incredibly sad. P.S. I feel the need to say here that despite my name, I have not been vegan for years!

They crush fitness BS...Read full review »
