Best Fitness Podcast
Went from eating 1300 and working out in a group fitness class 6x a week to eating 2300 calories and strength training only 3-4x a week and am loving what it’s done to my body. Their programs are fun…easy to follow and adjustable for everyone. As a health care provider I appreciate their knowledge but also their ability to point people in the right direction if they don’t know the answer.
