Best Meditative Relaxation
I love her voice and visualizations. I am able to go into a deep relaxation. These meditations have been a huge healing source for me during concussion recovery. Thank you for creating these.

Been listening since 2018. Great podcast for meditation, rest, sleep, relax the mind, and feel at peace. Love the intro music, calmness in her voice. Life changing podcast!
I love and reap benefits from both the meditations, and the teachings. They are at a beautiful pace and tone. it has sent me helped me understand and learn how to meditate and in the process understand all things mindful! This is a wonderful and life changing podcast! Thank you!
