I’m aware of attachment theory (from a “self-help/self-awareness” perspective) after reading several books on this topic. But the difference between those books and this podcast that I personally appreciate is that this podcast covers so many subtopics and really digs in deep without giving hypothetical situations of pretend couples! I loved being interviewed for this podcast and I’ve followed Jessica for a while now. I love that she has a background in therapy because it adds so much depth to these wonderful conversations! You’ll definitely learn something new about yourself in each and every episode!
