Such valuable information!
I’m aware of attachment theory (from a “self-help/self-awareness” perspective) after reading several books on this topic. But the difference between those books and this podcast that I personally appreciate is that this podcast covers so many subtopics and really digs in deep without giving hypothetical situations of pretend couples! There’s not a lot of wasted time hearing about some fictitious couple. I’ve been binging and will likely listen to each episode more than once! Thanks so much for the very useful content!
