You’ve given me the answers to questions I’ve had for years. Please keep up...Read full review »

Such helpful, straight forward information presented in a digestible way. I really appreciate the vulnerability and transparency when she applies the information to her own relationship; makes the concepts that much more clear. I’ll be starting from the beginning to take it all in. Truly life...Read full review »

In the episode regarding expressing needs: the example was given of wanting a partner to say hello to that speaker before he greeted the dogs. This is NOT an example of a need. It’s an example of how an insecure it attached person feels jealousy towards a dog with a negativity bias and being...Read full review »

I love Jessica’s warm, personable style. The episode on conflicting thoughts for Fearful Avoidant’s is so me, and I really felt like I was the only one who struggles so much in this way. It was such a comfort to know I wasn’t alone. Going to work on the tools from the episode!
