Incredibly insightful!
This is such a useful podcast for teachers and students alike who seek to delve more deeply into why and how yoga makes you feel the way it does. The first session I listened to was the "Moving through a bad day" based on a friend's recommendation earlier this week, and I've been going backwards from there; I'm hooked. This podcast is awesome for those who are trying to figure out how to best take care of their moving bodies. I love that yoga is the springboard for discussion about movement, but this podcast is about so much more. If you have a body, this podcast is for you!
