I find the host to be very unprofessional. It goes way beyond the ridiculous mispronunciations (like Dardanelles and Ichor), it extends intentional misrepresentation of myths and history. He intentionally changes people who were lovers (only because they were same-sex lovers) into “buddies”,...Read full review »

I’ve been listening for about 6 years (since I was 7). You are a very dynamic and energetic storyteller and I’ve learned a lot. But on my phone it says that The last episode recorded was in November 2018, almost a year ago. I want to know if it is just an error on my part or if you have stopped...Read full review »

A brilliant podcast both entertaining and informative. Subtle and devious gods and titans. Strutting soldiers, cowardly kings and insane emperors. War, politics and intrigue. Bravery and cowardice. Strength and weakness. What more could you want? All told by an excellent narrator with wit and...Read full review »

Easy to understand and give great basic information. Is a bit too glazed over on some of the violence and sexuality of the myths. I understand that the creator wanted this to be accessible for all ages. But leaving out those details is a bit detrimental to studying the real myths. Still a great...Read full review »

I'm a physician in the U.S. approaching my 60th birthday. Never paid much attention to history, thought it was a drag to study. How could I have considered myself an educated person?
