Amazing progress with this podcast!
As a 47 year old who has an active job but does no other exercise, I started this podcast fearing I would fail well before the 5k point. I have now got to running 5k every other day and I feel great. The weekly steps really motivated me to continue to the end and as I feel so much fitter I now feel motivated to continue running regularly. This is a great podcast that I would highly recommend.
