The program itself is great. I had the episodes from the web site. Played one episode so far this time around from here. If the episodes were to fail, I would suggest to get the episodes directly from the website. I do recommend the program.

Just about to start week 4 and really enjoying it. I look forward to the next run!!!! Can’t believe I’m saying this! I was the couch potato. But I have read that you can change the voice of the trainer but can’t see how to do it.

After several years of varying degrees of immobility due to a spinal injury, I’m now 3-4 months post op and have started to feel well enough to start low impact jogging. This app has helped me immensely.

I’ve done this programme a few times. I’ve been a runner for over 25 years with some breaks due to injury and, well, life. 3 years ago I started running using this podcast. I had never ran before but it guided me week by week until I started running 6 km every time. I found it difficult during week 5 when I had to run a solid 20 min for the first time but soon managed to run through it. I really love it.

I have tried to like running- and have always hated it-until now. This podcast is encouraging without being too cheesy- offers simple, do-able tips for beginners and gives enough structure to not only encourage but to also challenge you to push yourself. Well done!

I had to go back a few weeks after sustaining an injury. I was playing Week 5 Run 2 and it stops abruptly in the middle. I thought I’d done it accidentally, but it is indeed a lot shorter. I had to improvise for the rest of the run. Other than that, I love it!

These podcasts are fantastic. I ran the programs some 6 or seven years ago and haven’t looked back. My wife has just tried to download from the apple store and message says they are temporary unavailable. Please can this be fixed so they are downloadable/usable again. Please.
