“I’ve always wanted to be able to run for fitness but “I’m not a runner”. Today I went for a run on holidays because I can. Thanks to Laura’s gentle coaching I ran 5k (took me a little longer than the 30mins but I freaking did it!!). I found the pace good. I skipped ahead a few in weeks 5 & 6 but finished up in about 8 weeks. I keep re-listening to week 9 as I really like that I can still go for a 30 minute run and Laura chimes in with the how many minutes to go and words of encouragement.
