Little gem
I am not used to writting reviews but have found this podcast extremly motivational. I am now on week seven and keen to go beyond the 5k! Having not really exercised for a number of years I was a little nervous about starting from scratch. I need not have worried as this excellent podcast guides and encourages you. The structure alows to work at a comfortable pace. I highly recomend this podcast for anyone looking to return to fitness.

Anyone can do it. I have being trying to lose weight and improve my fitness although I've lost 5 stone I am still 18 stone yet here I am just completed week 6 with a 25 minute jog. If I can do it anyone can.Read full review »

Up to week 4 now - really enjoying my runs which is a big change. Am shattered after each run but in a good way. Laura is a great inspiration and the music is just right at the right times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
