Where's the Bridge to 10k?
Just coming up on Week 8 of the podcast and wondering what there is to continue the progress after the 5k plan. This NHS podcast has been great and as someone who'd never ran before I'm really impressed that it's kept me going all this time. I would recommend it to anyone, infact have been! Do it!
