Fantastic beginners running podcast
This is fantastic. I am semi fit, but running was something I could not do. But I am now running and totally enjoying it. My mornings is not the same without it now. Laura guides you through every step of the podcast and the music is really enjoyable. If you are looking to start running this podcast is the way to go. I have even recommended it to a few of my friends. My husband and I have now signed up to do out first fun run in April. Thank you so much for getting me past the first few weeks. 2stone overweight 50 year old very unfit woman who has never run! I AM RUNNING!
