Great so far
Just about to start week 3. I have run before but not for a long time. Hit 50 and the scales heading in the wrong direction! Not doing any exercise at all this is a really good way to get back into it. For complete beginners though perhaps it would be helpful to flag up that you are half way through the session so, unless you have planned a circular route, you know when it's time to head back in the direction of home!!
