I have always hated running
I have tried to like running- and have always hated it-until now. This podcast is encouraging without being too cheesy- offers simple, do-able tips for beginners and gives enough structure to not only encourage but to also challenge you to push yourself. Well done!

What can I say apart from FANTASTIC!!! Do it and you won't regret it. At times it is hard work but the reward is worth it. Ok so I have only completed the first run but the podcast is great - motivational and well structured. Found the run challenging but achievable and stopped me from overdoing it having not run for many years . Great idea and great way to help people get active again - well done NHS!
