Couch potato no more
this is an effective podcast. Just finished week 1 yesterday. Feel good about myself. The structure of the podcast Is well thought out. Here comes week two. This is an update on my progress in using this podcast. NHS THANK YOU. If u live around Bethnal green and you notice this a lady with dark glasses and a bandana, take note. There goes a graduate from the NHS COUCH TO 5k. Class of 2011. If you worried about trying out this podcast. Do not. I am asthmatic, with arthritis of the left knee. I am now running comfortably and safely 3 times a week. Even contemplating 10k. So rock those bones.
