“Are women less happy then men? Yes. Yes they are. Why? Go on you two. You can say it. THE PATRIARCHY. Talk about glossing over the actual issue. And on top of it all, Dubner’s attempt at humor in the closing where he talks over Angela in a ridiculous attempt at tying up the episode with humor is the the EPITOME of the issue. It’s not your voice that needs to be heard saying something truly stupid. It’s hers saying what the data show and being thoughtful about real solutions. I’ve been a loyal freakonomics and NSQ listener for years and was both surprised and then disgusted. Do better Dubner.”
