Great podcast and I have some sleep advice
I’ve also been a very poor sleep or through the years but I also have a job that requires me to be awake a lot of nights. (obstetrician). I’ve tried almost everything the Angela mentioned but recently I’ve been trying to use breathing as my sleep aid. I’ve also use some over-the-counter sleep aid‘s and they were OK trying to see which ones don’t make you wake up groggy. I will say I think even prescription sleep aids might be of benefit because I think sleep is crucial to good health. I think breathing has helped me as much as any medication. Have heard James Nestor on several podcasts but also read his book "Breath" .There are several tips to help you relax and sleep. Good luck and hopefully he will sleep better soon.Read full review »

More reviews of No Stupid Questions
The only thing better than Stephen Dubner is Stephen Dubner + Angela Duckworth.

For me, this is one of the perfect podcasts. Two bright, well spoken and well read people discussing questions I am interested in. Not too long but long enough to dive into something just enough to give me something to chew on. This is a good one!
