Skeptical? So was I. Give it a week - it works!
Believe her when she talks about brain training and positive task mode and all, she knows what she’s talking about! As a lifelong insomniac, the idea of a podcast helping me sleep seemed silly but I was willing to do like she says and practice. Now, after several months. I have an Pavlovian reaction to her voice when she slips into her soothing storytelling voice and just fall asleep. I’ll never know how some of these stories end but that’s okay with me.

I don’t remember much about the story, which I don’t feel terribly bad about since nothing much happened. I did wake up wanting the heartiest bowl of oatmeal, though. I have issues falling asleep and then staying asleep. Trying to not take something every night before bed listening to these stories help me so much! Most nights I do wake up around 2-4am so I hen again put my head phones on and listen some more. It helps me fall peacefully into sleep.
