Great information - insulting to fat people at times
I really enjoyed listening to this podcast for the way the information is presented and discussed. I have been disappointed a few times about the way fat people are discussed - specifically in one of the intermittent fasting episodes. The way the scientific community discusses fat people as if they are something on display to criticize and insult is very disheartening. I get that Dr. Gregor is presenting the research but the terms we use and our motivations are a bit shady. I feel like there should be a way to present findings in research without condemning an entire group of people who have probably heard that they are wrong in some way for their entire lives. Also, I thought the BMI had been recognized as an inefficient way to classify bodies.

I am more fan of the website Nutritionfacts.org, but the podcast is a great addition to the ever expanding universe of science and evidence based nutritional library of Dr. Greger :) A real gem; 5 stars!
